Do you enjoy creating 3D game worlds end to end, from environments and props to the occasional character?

As a 3D Artist at Snowprint, you’ll join a small, talented, and supportive team dedicated to creating strategy games enjoyed by millions around the world. Our portfolio includes Legends of Solgard, Rivengard, and Warhammer 40,000: Tacticus, all built with the player experience at the center.

Your work will go beyond vertices and polygons. You’ll be shaping moments of wonder, clarity, and awe for players. Worlds in which our players would like to live! At Snowprint, we believe that kindness, curiosity, collaboration, and self-leadership are the keys to making great games.

You won’t be working in a silo, this is a flexible role for someone who enjoys variety, technical ownership, and contributing wherever the team needs support most.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll create stylized environments, props, and items, and assemble them in Unity to build clear, immersive worlds that support gameplay. From larger structures to smaller environmental details. Your work will be key to making our worlds feel alive and immersive, always with the player experience in mind.

You’ll work closely with the Art Director, designers, tech artists, and concept artists to ensure that environments are visually coherent, performant, and aligned with gameplay needs. This includes hands-on work in Unity with set dressing, lighting, scene setup, and performance considerations.

From time to time, you may also contribute to character or other 3D assets when needed. Throughout the process, you’ll be encouraged to take ownership, iterate on your work, and continuously improve quality.

Is this you?

You’re an experienced 3D Artist who has highly contributed to at least one released game, ideally on mobile or handheld platforms. You know how to create awesome 3D models with performance always in regard and you’re well versed with a modular workflow using building sets and trim sheets, as well as assets that have unique textures.

You’re fluently working in Unity and with your preferred modelling tools. Experience with Substance Designer & Painter is a plus.

Beyond tools and techniques, you’re curious, collaborative, and open to feedback. You enjoy collaborating across disciplines and take responsibility for improving both your own work and the way the team works together. Above all, you’re kind, self-driven, and passionate about making great games.

You speak English at a professional level and are a good communicator. You are currently located in Stockholm, Sweden. We are unable to support relocation for this position.

Where you’ll work

Our Stockholm studio is in Södermalm, with a hybrid working model. We work from the office Tuesdays and Fridays, to allow for closer collaboration and socializing. Other days it's up to everyone where they feel most comfortable to work. We support hybrid work by supplying you with the right setup and tools.
